This is one of the best, if not the best app to time any activity that requires discipline, commitment and perseverance. In my case, as an MD anesthesiologist I use it to study and I can achieve great study time with a little bit of discipline. Highly recommended.

This app helped me to complete the writing, review and editing of a technical document that I had been neglecting (and dreading!) If you have a task that seems overwhelming, this app helps you systematically complete the task by breaking it up into manageable allocations of time. Customizable and easy to use

I have the tendency to cram too much studying into a short amount of time leaving me burnt out. This gives me short scheduled breaks to refresh my focus!
